Overview

Management Observation is a process used to get management involved in routine observation of employee activity with the end result of improved efficiency and quality. The Management Observation module manages the scheduling and provides consistency in reporting the results of observations.

Main Screen



From the Main Menu the manager can quickly print a blank database to be used in the field.




Schedule Screen



A history of all schedules assigned is shown at the bottom of the scheduling screen.




New MO Screen



After completion of the observation all information is entered on the screen to create an electronic record detailing the results of the observation.
